Our journey began in 2007, after managing Smoke Tree BBQ for 8 years up until the restaurants closure, we knew that Palm Springs was without an amazing BBQ experience. With a passion for service, great food and drink, Earl decided to venture out on his own by creating Big Earl's Barbeque.
